Liaise with suppliers/vendors/subcontractors for timely submission and follow up to obtain consultant timely approvals for material, samples, mock ups, shop drawings
Coordinate between architectural finishes, MEP services and fit out subcontractors for proper execution of finishing works
Coordinate with office team responsible for preparing shop drawings, details of finishes and coordinate the produced shop drawings made by different subcontractors to result in fully coordinated shop drawing ready for execution.
Study the details of interactions between different trades and raise RFls on discrepancies and provide solutions to facilitate the approval of consultants
Manage the productivity of the architectural and fit out works to match the schedule of works set by the general contractor
Develop site logistics (mobilization / demobilization) plans
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate negative impacts on project.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
