HR Manager – Lifestyle Venue, KSA!

Very excited to be working with this forward thinking lifestyle company who are going to take KSA by storm…. And then the world!

The HR Manager will be providing the full range of human resource advisory and support consistent with the requirements of law, whilst ensuring HR best practices are followed and delivered. Must be hands-on in the role and well versed in onboarding, visa processes, etc. due to new opening and pre-opening practices.

The role will be based in Jeddah and you will be setting up the department.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven minimum 8+ years working experience as an HR executive to HOD level
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and Arabic preferred
  • Previous background in hospitality / F&B / Leisure / Retail preferred but open
  • Self-motivated, but ability to work as part of a small team, being flexible in work approach, comfortable working low-level detail and high level strategy and working to support the team.
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Experience in the region essential and preference given to Saudi nationals due to Saudization
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Salary Package Offered: SAR25-35k pm NEG
