Responsible to assist in leave administrative tasks such as monitoring leave roaster, employee annual leave applications, emergency leaves and sick leaves.
To prepare and maintain documentation related to Human resources activities in the company.
To prepare payment request slip for the payments such as fuel, petty cash vouchers, GOSI payments and other HR related payments
Checking employee master data entries and updating residence permits, passport renewals & CPR renewals
To establish strong coordination and Report with all line managers and fill all vacancies in a timely manner
To understand staffing responsibilities, qualification criteria and core skill requirements in candidates for various positions
To work with the line managers to develop job descriptions and job announcements that reflect responsibilities and qualifications that are appropriate for the title of vacant position
To create and publish job ads in various job portals, social media, and other networks
To Screen /Review applications and evaluate job experience, education, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to all line managers
To conduct interview candidates’ in-person and present fully screened, qualified candidates to line managers in a timely manner
To coordinate with shortlisted candidates of submission of all relevant information (resume, employment application, references, previous employment documents, qualification certificates and other personal documents to be verified before Management approval
To administer offer letter to selected candidate and inform them of pre-joining formalities such as pre-employment medical test, Visa application requirements, company procedures and policies
