Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in overseeing the daily accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations,this position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure that financial reports comply with legal requirements, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations to management.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance in daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals and decision-making.
• Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
