Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons following the IB PYP framework for young learners.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress using formative and summative assessments.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student progress.
- Engage in professional development and contribute to school life and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching in a kindergarten or early years setting, preferably in an international school environment.
- Understanding of the IB PYP framework and experience with inquiry-based learning.
- Experience working in a multicultural setting and sensitivity to diverse student needs.
