We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of HR and Administration to join our fast-growing real estate development company in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the human resources and administrative functions, ensuring that the company has a well-structured, motivated workforce and smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:


• HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals to attract, retain, and develop talent.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees.

• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring employees are aligned with the company’s objectives and that performance reviews are conducted fairly and efficiently.

• Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and create training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.

• Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, compensation structures, and employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local labor laws.
