We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Operational Manager to lead our chain of kids’ play areas in UAE, located in prime malls.

As the Operational Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our play areas, delivering exceptional experiences for children and their families, and managing a team committed to fun and safety.

Operations Management:

· Oversee daily operations of multiple play area locations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

· Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

Team Leadership:

· Recruit, train, and manage a team of play area staff, including supervisors, attendants, and maintenance personnel.

· Foster a positive and engaging work environment, providing ongoing support and development opportunities for team members.

Customer Experience:

· Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for children and their families by maintaining high levels of customer service and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

· Develop and implement programs, events, and activities that enhance the play area experience and attract new visitors.

Safety and Compliance:

· Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of all guests and staff.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Problem-Solving:

· Address operational challenges and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

· Continuously seek improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the play area experience.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry in UAE not less than 2 years.

· Fluent English is a must, other languages will be an advantage (Arabic or Russian)

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for child-friendly environments.

· Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

· Passion for creating enjoyable and safe experiences for children and families.

IMPORTANT: you should be able to work during the weekends, public holidays and school breaks.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
