As a Concierge, you will hold a pivotal position in delivering exceptional service and support to our residents. Your foremost duty will be to anticipate and cater to their needs, enriching their living experience and guaranteeing utmost satisfaction. Your dedication will contribute significantly to crafting memorable and delightful moments for our residents within their home environment.
· Greet guests and residents warmly, offering a personalized welcome and assistance upon arrival.
· Provide information about residency/hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, transportation services, and other relevant information.
· Handle residents inquiries, requests, and special needs promptly and professionally, demonstrating a proactive and attentive approach to customer service.
· Coordinate transportation services, including arranging taxis, limousines, and car rentals, and providing directions and recommendations for guests' convenience.
· Maintain a vigilant presence in public areas, monitoring residents and visitors activity and ensuring the safety and security of guests, residents, and their belongings.
· Respond promptly to emergency situations, following SSG established protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all individuals on the premises.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and residents, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
· Handle residents feedback and complaints effectively, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and ensure residents satisfaction.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and handling mail and package deliveries.
· Lead and support colleagues in the achievement of operational and service delivery targets
· Ensure the implementation of the Concierge policies, processes, templates, procedures and formats in order to improve the quality of Concierge “best practices”.
· Maintain accurate records of residents interactions, requests, and services provided, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up as necessary.
· Maintain and follow up on daily log report of activities, occurrences and incidents.
· Reporting breaches of Community Rules and following escalation procedures
