This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the company as well as executive administrative assistance to senior management. This will include answering phones, communication with clients and stakeholders, meet and greet candidates, conduct exam in the center, and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Office Assistance:
-Professionally handle incoming calls and assist with inquiries
-Welcome and guide visitors with cultural sensitivity and a hospitable approach
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail
-Meet and greet candidates
-Conduct exam in the center
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
-Assist in the creation and upkeep of documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
-Ensure accurate and organized data entry to maintain data integrity.
-Handle physical and digital document filing with attention to detail.
Scheduling and Coordination:
-Coordinate meetings and appointments, considering cultural norms and sensitivities.
-Manage calendars for executives and team members efficiently.
-Assist in organizing company events or meetings, ensuring cultural appropriateness.
Office Supplies and Equipment:
-Monitor and replenish office supplies.
-Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
Training and Development
Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with company processes, systems, and local work culture.
