Job Description

  • To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company.
  • To carry out research, update records and maintain detailed information as part of a busy and flexible team
  • To create professional documentation to a very high standard is essential with particular focus on accuracy and care.
  • Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.
  • Responsible for updating all spreadsheets and databases and to produce reports for both the team and for the management when required.
  • Receive and deal with enquiries from colleagues and Clients concerning Tenders
  • Continuous supervision over the tendering team.
  • Adhere & comply with the implementation on established QHSE procedures & detailed instructions.
  • Develop and manage tender documentation, ensuring alignment with client specifications and compliance regulations specific to the UAE market.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities within the facilities management sector, enhancing the company's competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary input for proposal preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of bids.
  • Evaluate and analyze tender submissions from subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance before final selection.
  • Maintain a robust database of past tenders and outcomes to inform future bidding strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and clients, enhancing the company's reputation and facilitating successful bid outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights that shape strategic bidding approaches.
  • Participate in pre-tender meetings and site visits, gathering critical information to inform bid preparation and proposal accuracy.
  • Ensure effective communication of project timelines, responsibilities, and expectations to internal teams involved in the bidding process.
  • Manage tender submissions, follow-up with clients post-submission, and address any queries or clarifications needed to secure contracts.
