• Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Nursing Trainer to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• - Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing nursing staff.
• - Assess the training needs of nursing personnel and design curricula to address these needs.
• - Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
• - Stay updated with the latest developments in nursing practices and integrate them into training programs.
• - Collaborate with nursing management to ensure training aligns with hospital standards and policies.
• - Provide individual coaching and support to nursing staff as needed.
• - Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
Qualifications:
• - Bachelor s degree in nursing (required); master s degree in nursing or education (preferred).
• - Active nursing license in Qatar or eligibility to obtain one.
• - Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• - Proven experience as a nursing trainer or educator.
• - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• - Proficient in the use of educational technologies and simulation equipment.
