The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and various channels.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within set schedules.
- Handle customer queries, provide timely follow-up, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving high sales targets.
