Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. As a Relationship Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with personalized service and support to meet their trading needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Account Management: Assist clients with account opening, funding, and other account-related queries. Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure they receive optimal service.
Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate information and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay informed about market trends, economic news, and trading opportunities. Provide clients with relevant market updates and insights.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products and services offered by SmartFX. Promote and cross-sell our financial products to maximize client engagement and company revenue.
Compliance: Ensure all activities and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless client experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve client relationships.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably in forex trading or brokerage.
Skills:
Strong understanding of financial markets and forex trading.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using trading platforms and CRM software.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
