Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, ensuring they align with the project’s objectives and deliverables.
Risk Analysis: Identify potential risks that could affect the schedule and collaborate with the team to develop mitigation plans.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and track project progress against the schedule. Provide timely and accurate project progress reports to stakeholders.
Communication: Act as a key point of contact for communicating project timelines and schedules with all stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to understand and maintain focus on their needs, including establishing deadlines, priorities, and potential risks and obstacles.
Change Management: Account for potential project changes and use your expertise to modify the project schedule as needed.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Proven record of working as a Planner, preferably in Pipeline Projects, and specifically in Saudi Aramco Projects.
Qualification: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
Skills: Excellent understanding of construction processes, planning and scheduling concepts. Proficiency in planning and project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.
Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
