Job Description
A. Business Valuation
- Conduct comprehensive business valuations using various methods (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions)
- Analyze financial statements, market conditions, and industry trends to determine accurate and defensible valuations
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to clients
- Financial Modeling
- Develop complex financial models to support valuations, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic planning
- Create dynamic, flexible models that can be easily updated and modified based on different scenarios and assumptions
B. Financial Due Diligence
- Perform in-depth financial due diligence for M&A transactions
- Analyze historical financial performance, identify key business drivers, and assess potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports highlighting key findings and potential deal implications
C. Preparation of Pitch Decks & Information Memorandums
- Create compelling pitch decks and information memorandums for client presentations and marketing materials
- Synthesize complex financial and business information into clear, concise, and visually appealing formats
D. Client Engagement and Business Development
- Participate in client calls and meetings to present findings, discuss project progress, and address client inquiries
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for proposed projects or investments
- Perform commercial due diligence to assess market dynamics and competitive landscapes
- Handle ad-hoc projects and analyses as required by clients or senior management
