Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational or assessment-related role.
- Proven experience managing assessment processes, including logistics and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of assessment methodologies and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and assessment-related software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The candidates are indeed either a Psychologist or hold Psychometric accreditations as This is a mandatory requirement for Selection.
