Assessment Manager ( HR - Talent Management )

Duration : 06 months

Below is the requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational or assessment-related role.
  • Proven experience managing assessment processes, including logistics and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of assessment methodologies and quality assurance standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and assessment-related software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The candidates are indeed either a Psychologist or hold Psychometric accreditations as This is a mandatory requirement for Selection.
