Job Description

Qualifications:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Consultant to join our team of medical professionals. to provide specialized medical care to patients with disorders and diseases related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. and to play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and managing ENT conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Key Responsibilities:

• - Conduct comprehensive consultations and assessments of patients presenting with ENT-related symptoms and conditions.
• - Perform diagnostic procedures, including endoscopies, audiograms, and imaging studies, to accurately diagnose ENT disorders.
• - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, incorporating medical, surgical, and/or therapeutic interventions.
• - Perform surgical procedures, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and tympanoplasties, as required.
• - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing ENT surgeries, monitoring their progress and managing any complications.
• - Collaborate with other medical specialists, including audiologists, speech therapists, oncologists, and radiologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• - Stay abreast of advancements in ENT medicine and surgical techniques through continuous medical education and professional development activities.
• - Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to medical knowledge.

• Qualifications:
• - Medical degree from a recognized institution, with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• - Board certification or equivalent accreditation in Otolaryngology.
• - Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in diagnosing and treating ENT disorders, preferably in a hospital setting.
• - Proficiency in performing a wide range of ENT surgical procedures.
• - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed clinical decisions.
