Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at SIGHTSPECTRUM S, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Staffing & Managed Services by expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients within the industry, including businesses seeking temporary, permanent, or contract Staffing & offering a range of Managed Services.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to position SIGHTSPECTRUM S as a leading staffing solutions provider.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals. Anticipate and respond to their needs to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and pain points to provide tailored staffing solutions that address their specific needs, delivering value-added services and fostering long-term partnerships.
5. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing the unique value proposition of SIGHTSPECTRUM S and our comprehensive suite of staffing services.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both SIGHTSPECTRUM S and the client.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement.
8. Sales Metrics: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, closely monitoring and reporting progress against key performance indicators.
9. Networking and Industry Events: Represent SIGHTSPECTRUM S at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance our brand visibility and expand professional networks.
10. Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, market penetration plans, and new business development initiatives to position SIGHTSPECTRUM S for continued success.
