We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Nursing Director to join our dynamic team and lead our nursing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the nursing staff and department operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with DHA regulations.
- Maintain JCI accreditation standards, ensuring adherence to best practices in healthcare.
- Collaborate with medical staff, administration, and other departments to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of nursing services.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, particularly DHA and JCI standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role within hospitals in Dubai.
- Must hold a valid DHA License.
- Expert knowledge of DHA regulations and JCI accreditation processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
