Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. This role will focus on end-to-end sales of printed textbooks and related educational products to educational institutions across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational sales, excellent field sales skills, and a willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process for printed textbooks and related educational products, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, including setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or inquiries related to textbooks and educational products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of orders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products.
  • Travel extensively across the UAE to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in educational sales preferably higher education, with a focus on printed textbooks and related products or similar items.
  • Proven field sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Education, or Marketing.
  • Valid UAE driving license and car.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE and engage in field sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
