Responsiblities:

  • Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to drive business growth.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members, providing guidance and feedback to improve skills and productivity.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales team, including monitoring performance metrics and managing client relationships.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in UAE REAL ESTATE sales with experience leading a team.
  • Strong skills in motivating and managing a sales team.
  • Strong personality with great communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in sales strategies and techniques specific to real estate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
  • Experience in training and developing team members.
  • Effective at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Commitment to high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Proficient with real estate CRM and sales software.
  • Understanding of UAE real estate laws and standards.
