Job Description
Oversee daily operations, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards and adhere to safety regulations.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repair services, negotiating contracts to achieve cost efficiencies.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
Manage budgets related to facility operations, tracking expenses to ensure compliance with financial targets.
Implement and enforce policies related to health, safety, and environmental regulations to safeguard staff and visitors.
Act as a point of contact for internal departments, addressing their facilities-related needs promptly and effectively.
Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans for facility improvements and expansions.
Support emergency preparedness initiatives, ensuring all staff are trained and equipped for potential crises.
Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, local authorities, and service providers, to enhance service delivery.
