Property Listing Agent - Selling and Leasing
Luxury Estates Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Listing Agent / Tele caller to join our Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, making outbound calls to potential clients, and providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for real estate and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and Manage New property listings across various platforms.
- Network with building or community security to build rapport to source new listings.
- Assist company director to fix meetings.
- Conduct campaigns to generate leads and Facilitate property viewings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media and online property listings.
- Provide clients with detailed information about properties and guide them through the buying or renting process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the real estate industry.
Required Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Russian is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online property listing platforms like Propertyfinder, Bayut and Dubizzle
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including property laws, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure
