Prepare, align, monitor and execute site surveys- enhance UI/UX
Maintain customer health and introduce new, valuable features as they become relevant on the customer journey with cross sell and up sell approach.
Assist in developing strategies to convert new user to first time buyer and anonymous user to known user.
Conduct shopping funnel site A/B testing, Win back, cohort analysis etc.
Understand and measure site analytics/performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics/GA4 - Event creation, report template creation, Report Dashboard Creation- Shopping funnel and other customer journeys.
