Job Description

  • Implement the CRM strategy inline with business manager for the organization by evaluating, planning and executing engagement platform and digital campaigns.
  • Prepare engagement report, align action plan to reach defined KPI-user engagement, enhance repeat purchases, reduce cart abandoned rate etc.
  • Prepare, execute and optimize performance-led digital campaign to reach business defined KPIs,
  • Submit weekly evaluation of new customer’s reaches, engagement, conversion rate, user drop all across shopping funnel.
  • Acquire insights in online engagement platform competency, analytics, trends and keep strategies up-to-date- user retention and engagement.
  • Coordinate with engagement platform vendor and ensure the data flow all across the customer journey.
  • Prepare, align, monitor and execute site surveys- enhance UI/UX
  • Maintain customer health and introduce new, valuable features as they become relevant on the customer journey with cross sell and up sell approach.
  • Assist in developing strategies to convert new user to first time buyer and anonymous user to known user.
  • Conduct shopping funnel site A/B testing, Win back, cohort analysis etc.
  • Understand and measure site analytics/performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
  • Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics/GA4 - Event creation, report template creation, Report Dashboard Creation- Shopping funnel and other customer journeys.
