Livant Engineering Consultancy located in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer for supervision works to join our team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum of 4 years UAE experience in contracting and building consultancy is required
- Hold a valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Experience in supervision of construction work
Job Description :
- Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors and construction teams.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by contractors and ensure it meets the required standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Responsible for ensuring that the project is executed according to the design specifications, the contract terms, the budget, and the regulations
- Can identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them, such as safety protocols, contingency plans, and regular inspections
- Proficiency in site management software and tools
