Tele Calling Positions Available
Location: Al Barsha 1, Dubai (Candidates must be based in Dubai)
Language Proficiency: (Hindi is mandatory Additionally, knowledge of Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil is preferred)
Preferred Skills : Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment.Multilingual abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to customers to promote and sell our products/services.
Inbound Inquiries: Efficiently handle incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our offerings.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.
Communication: Follow established scripts for consistent and effective communication.
Customer Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with customers.
Database Management: Ensure customer information is up-to-date in our database.
Training: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous.
Experience: Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant computer applications (CRM software, MS Office).
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in hashtag#Hindi, hashtag#Telugu, hashtag#Kannada, hashtag#Tamil.
