About the Role
This is a full-time role for Planning Engineer located in Ahmadi. As a Planning Engineer, you will develop and manage project schedules and planning processes to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project planning or a related role.
- Proficiency in planning software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Excel, SAP).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in KNPC, KIPIC, KOC projects with an approval is a plus.
- Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes and delays.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather information and ensure schedule accuracy.
- Prepare and present schedule reports, including progress updates and performance metrics.
- Identify and analyze scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to meet project timelines.
- Support project planning meetings and provide scheduling expertise.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and practices.
