Heart of the city Properties is a professional real estate agency that deals in luxury properties for Off-plan and Secondary in Dubai.

Role Description

We are looking for an European & Asian Experienced, Motivated and Dynamic individuals with Multi-Languages (English – Italian – Romanian – Polish – Montenegrin – Norwegian ) to join our team as Property Advisor. In this role, you will assist clients in purchasing, selling properties, acting as a vital intermediary between buyers and sellers to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (other languages will be an advantage)
• Should be based in Dubai/UAE
• willing to relocate in Dubai
• Minimum2 to 3 years experience in Real Estate industry (UAE)
• Proven track record of Real Estate Sales
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
• Well-presented and a good work ethics
• Must have a Driving License and car
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems
