Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with expertise in KSA Kingdom of Saudi Arabia localization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing payroll solutions, with a specific focus on Employee Central Payroll ECP, particularly in the KSA region. The role will require an in-depth understanding of payroll processes, compliance regulations, and localization requirements for KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ECP with a focus on KSA localization.
• Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws, tax regulations, and other legal requirements in the payroll process.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and develop payroll solutions tailored to business needs.
• Provide expertise in payroll management, including data migration, integration with other SAP modules, and payroll reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processes, system integration, and employee data.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of the payroll system.
• Stay updated with changes in KSA labor laws and tax regulations to maintain compliance in payroll processing.
• Work with global and local teams to manage and support SAP SuccessFactors payroll projects and enhancements.
Qualifications:
• 9 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation and support.
• Mandatory experience with KSA localization in payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, integration, and troubleshooting in Employee Central Payroll.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other modules of SAP SuccessFactors such as Employee Central, Time Management.
• Previous experience working in KSA or with KSA-based clients.
• Strong understanding of global payroll processes and localization for other regions.
