A Joinery & Fit-out company in Dubai is looking FACTORY MANAGER. Candidate must have UAE experience of minimum 5 years in similar industry and must be available in UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee factory operations and manage production schedules.
- Lead and develop a team of production staff.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and production costs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing factory of joinery and fit-out company.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of production processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
