Job Title: Interior Fitout Engineer

Location: Sharjah (Projects in Dubai)
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Interior Fitout Engineering
Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License required
We are looking for a dedicated Interior Fitout Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior fitout projects, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of interior fitout projects in Dubai, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee site activities to ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior fitout engineering, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
