Job Description

  • To ensure that service delivery is 100% as per VLCC Protocol

• To ensure that center’s OSR goals is achieved & regularity of clients exceeds expectation.

• To ensure timely completion of Zero Session as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• To ensure client’s understanding/agreement to the terms of the program before initiating the program

• To collate, prior to planning a weight management/slimming program, for each client with regards to their personal, behavioural, medical activity schedule and wellness assessment.

• To collate details for each client with regards to their food and drinking habits, likes, dislikes, allergies and cuisine preferences – through the health and habit analysis

• To suggest a correct meal plan for each client on start of the program and thereafter at least once a week.

• To counsel and educate clients on appropriate diets regularly

• To continuously encourage clients to record behavioural/dietary/activity.

• To coordinate with slimming head, physiotherapists, masseurs & other dieticians to ensure optimum execution of each client’s package by: ❖ To pre-plan sessions as per individual requirements and package booked - appliance sessions/therapies/combination sessions to be administered during slimming program. ❖ To ensure proper coordination with physiotherapist for activity patterns. ❖ To conduct daily follow-ups for irregular clients to ensure executions are complete within the validity period. ❖ To ensure use of proper soft skills when dealing with each client.

• To check & record the weight of each client-on-Client Program Record (CPR)

• To also check & record the weight of each client on Daily Record Register (DRR).

• To review client’s progress, post each slimming session.

• To provide bed side counselling for 15mins during the session.

• Documentation: ❖ BCA records should be updated monthly. ❖ Ensure that a BCA is completed regularly as per recommended guidelines in SOP. ❖ Capture client’s information in CLM on the same day of counselling. ❖ Assist the Slimming In-Charge in accurate and timely completion of Daily Monitoring Report. ❖ To regularly update and correctly complete all related documentation. ❖ Important Documentation to include (DRR/CPR/Client Monitoring Register)/software entries.

• To have a 5th session review done under the guidance of the Slimming In-charge, Client Progress Advisor and Physiotherapist

• To conduct Group Counselling for every client every wee

• To review & recommend change in activity, diet plan & other lifestyles to ensure required weight loss.

• To recommend need based slimming treatments for upselling/rebooking.

• To ensure clients meet the targeted weight loss targets set by the Slimming Head

• To counsel and guide clients facing weight plateaus and suggest appropriate course of action P a g e 2 | 2 Job Description

• To seek advice from the Slimming Head as needed in order to ensure each client is successful in meeting his/her goals.

• Responsible for general upkeep of the Slimming Department • Ensure accuracy of all relevant financial and operational data that is maintained / reported.

• To analyse one’s performance through the critical study of the varied Service Delivery Reports

• To ensure documentation are maintained accurately. Prepare and maintain all necessary reports / paperwork on a regular basis. Ensure accuracy and completeness of appointment planner.

• To ensure related medical problems of clients to be consulted with Slimming head before starting treatment for proper results.

• Plan & execute indoor and outdoor events timely.

• To constantly upgrade oneself and multitask to achieve the progression level.

• Conduct/evaluate dietary studies and other food and nutrition-related research on instructions from ATH / R&D

• Perform outdoor duties in case slimming events are organized beyond centre premises.

• Perform & participate in centre as per events guidelines.

• To ensure to build an awareness on wellness code to each client.

• Support in other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

• To achieve PMS target on monthly basis for sales equivalent to 6 times of salary. The targets are subject to change as per business requirement with prior intimation to employee.
