Job Overview:
As a Social Media Creator specializing in the Real Estate and Investments sector, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, building brand awareness, and driving engagement within our target audience. Your responsibilities will encompass content creation, research, scripting, editing, and the development of fresh ideas to promote our brand creatively. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to our blog and video content, showcasing your research and scripting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Conduct in depth research to gain insights into the Real Estate and Investments industry, staying updated on trends, news, and competitor activities.
- Script, edit, and produce compelling social media posts, ensuring they are optimized for each platform's requirements and best practices.
- Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas to creatively promote our brand, products, and services on social media.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to develop visually appealing and impactful multimedia content.
- Assist in the creation of small blog posts and video scripts related to the Real Estate and Investments sector, demonstrating your expertise and insights.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with the audience in a timely and meaningful manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and content. Make data driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms, and suggest their integration where relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
