Job Description

  • Sourcing best matching candidates on time.
  • Filling the vacant positions efficiently and effectively.
  • Headhunting talented candidates through appropriate Recruitment Channels.
  • Attracting the best fit candidates.
  • Assisting in the departmental and organizational staff planning.
  • Developing and updating of job descriptions with the hiring department.
  • Coordinating for preparing Recruitment Requisition Form (RRF) along with the Manpower Requisition (MPR).
  • Preparing recruitment plan and posting jobs in appropriate job portals.
  • Coordinating with recruitment agencies and ensures provisions in agency agreements are observed.
  • Joining local and overseas recruitment drives, if required.
  • Ensuring timely onboarding of new employees/ workers.
  • Updating recruitment module in HR Information System.
  • Coordinating and ensuring all the onboarding facilities and procedures
  • Conducting employee orientation for new Admin staff
  • As per operational requirement employee may be deployed in any of the Emirates and may be assigned to different department when required.
