Accountant & Secretary ( Female)

Job Description: The Accounting & Secretary role is a dual-function position combining accounting responsibilities with administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial reports
  • Prepare and process payroll
  • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Secretarial Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Manage office correspondence and filing
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary Offer: 3,000.00 AED monthly
