Job Description
As the Web and social media Creative Lead, you will be responsible for crafting visually captivating web designs and managing our social media platforms to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand presence. You will work closely with various teams to deliver high-quality content and design solutions that align with our business goals and enhance our online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Design and Development:
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web pages.
- Create and maintain responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to implement designs and ensure functionality.
- Continuously improve website aesthetics and user experience based on feedback and performance metrics.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to build and maintain our brand’s online presence.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and managing brand reputation.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Stay current with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web design and social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies.
- Experience with web development principles, including HTML/CSS, is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
