Job Description
We are a Reputable Building Contracting Co. Operating in UAE since 1998. We are looking for a experienced Candidate who will be doing the following jobs:
- Responsibilities:
- Create detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches to develop accurate electrical layouts.
- Calculate dimensions, materials, and quantities needed for electrical installations.
- Ensure all electrical drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary to incorporate feedback from clients, engineers, and inspectors.
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of electrical designs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman in the building contracting industry.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and construction techniques.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches to develop accurate electrical layouts.
- Calculate dimensions, materials, and quantities needed for electrical installations.
- Ensure all electrical drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Stay updated on advancements in electrical drafting software and industry best practices.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- AutoCAD: 6 years (Preferred)
