Role: Transformation Consultant for a reputed bank in Oman

Experience: 7- 12yrs

Job description:

The Transformation Consultant will be responsible for driving the successful execution of the RPS Spin-off project, ensuring it aligns with the National Payment System (NPS) strategy. This role requires the development and management of communication strategies, project plans, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate the smooth transition of the project in alignment with the PwC roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Strategy:
  • Develop a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout all phases of the project.
  • Project Planning & Monitoring:

Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to management regarding key milestones and deliverables.

  • Deliverable Tracking:

Ensure that all deliverables are tracked and aligned with the PwC roadmap for the RPS Spin-off.Engage and coordinate with key ecosystem stakeholders to finalize the implementation modalities.This role is crucial for the successful execution of the RPS Spin-off project, aligning with the strategic goals of the Central Bank of Oman (CBO) and the National Payment System (NPS).

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

The RPS Spin-off is a high-priority project with significant implications for CBO’s strategic objectives and performance evaluation. The Transformation Consultant will be key to ensuring rapid project initiation and achieving efficient progress toward desired outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, preferably within the financial or payments sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to align project goals with broader business objectives.
