Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing relationships with existing and potential clients. The role involves managing sales from start to finish, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and ongoing account management. The individual will work primarily over the phone and email to understand customer needs, propose relevant solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities using inbound and outbound tactics.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales & Quoting:Create quotes, negotiate prices, and close sales based on customers’ needs and company capabilities.
• Pipeline Management:Manage sales pipeline through effective use of CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales.
• Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
• Solution Selling:Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
• Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and field sales teams to ensure effective service and customer satisfaction.
• Order Management: Handle order processing, including coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities and results to the sales manager.
