Should have minimum 8+ years of experience in IBM Maximo with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Maximo as functional consultant with knowledge on Integration/BIRT, workflow design and development , Java scripts
In Depth knowledge of All Maximo modules with a good hands-on experience on Assets, Inventory, Planning, Resources, Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, Contracts, etc.
Should have experience on designing workflows, reports, automation scripting, security group configurations, Maximo application and database configurations, Integration framework,
Should have experience on requirement gathering , estimations, design, and development
Should have experience on designing integration points with external applications
Proven documentation skills with ability to create high-quality and complete project documents.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Utilities domain knowledge is plus
Must have client facing experience
Must have experience on managing team as Team/Project lead
Must have experience on Application maintenance and Operations project
Knowledge on ITIL framework is plus
Should be willing to take lead role and managing Support engagement
Experience or Knowledge on Maximo Upgrade is a plus
