Overview:

Al Mayadi Enterprises is seeking an experienced Senior Executive to drive B2B sales, secure project deals, and establish partnerships with enterprise-level companies, government entities, and main contractors. The role focuses on selling both products and services, including the supply of natural stones, marble, granite, cladding, paving, and hardscape items, as well as installation services and exterior solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to target and close deals with major projects and key clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure high-value construction projects that require the supply and installation of natural stone, marble, granite, cladding, paving, and hardscape items.
  • B2B Sales Strategy: Develop and implement B2B sales strategies targeting enterprise-level companies, government entities, and main contractors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Client Visits and Meetings: Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their project needs, present solutions, and build rapport. This role is not solely office-based; the candidate must actively engage with clients in the field.
  • Database Management: Effectively handle the company’s cold database of potential clients while building a fresh, new database using personal contacts, networking, and sales skills.
  • Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients to understand project needs and offer tailored solutions, including the supply of materials and installation services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and meeting revenue targets for both supply and installation services.
  • Market Expansion: Research and identify new markets, potential clients, and project opportunities across the region.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in construction materials, especially natural stone, marble, granite, cladding, paving, or hardscape items.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in exterior works, facades, and hardscaping.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in managing large-scale sales deals and projects.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license.
