Description If you are a Estimator / Senior Estimator with clear Modular Construction & Off site experience this is a cracking opportunity. You will be the first into the hot seat for pricing and pre-construction. Working closely with the General Manager you will form a strong relationship working side by side on strategy, cost and bid not bid.
This role over time will develop into a department leader so its a great chance to get in at an early stage and grow your career in line with the business.

The Role * Cost Estimation = Analyze specs, drawings, documentation for modular bids
- Bid Evaluation = Collaborate with team to see opportunities & risk
- Budgeting support = Ensure its a bullet proof submission
Requested by the Client
- Degree qualified & attested
- 5 Years pricing on Modular & offsite solutions
- Ideally some local UAE experience but if you have strong enough Modular Experience they will be open to the right person
- Strong communication skills
- Confident enough to present and pitch if needed over time
