Description If you are a Quantity Surveyor with clear Modular Construction & Off site experience this is a cracking opportunity. You will be the first into the hot seat for commercial & contracts within the team.
Working closely with the General Manager you will form a strong relationship working side by side in a hands on basis for cost and contracts.

Role * Communication skills to negotiate, convey a message and build relationships
- Analytical eye for detail with an unwavering eye for detail into cost and contracts
- Will have local experience and understand the supply chain and clients across the UAE market
- Reporting into the General Manager directly as the business grow’s
- Managing cost and change in tight coordination with the Project Manager in the office and on site
Technical aspects
- Cost management
- CVR’s & Reports
- Contract administration
- Supplier & sub-contract management
- Spot opportunities to increase profitability and raise issues to management if you see them
Requested by the Client
- Quantity Surveying Degree qualified & attested
- 3-4 Years as a Quantity Surveyor
- Clear experience working on Modular Projects
- UAE experience is desired
- Keen to work in a high performing team
