POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an enthusiastic associate who can bring innovative ideas and a collaborative spirit to our team. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in both French and English, as effective communication is essential for our diverse clientele.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Structuring and Compliance:
Collaborate on the structuring of international companies and corporate groups, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Develop strategic frameworks that not only meet regulatory standards but also align with the specific goals and operational needs of clients.
Technology Transfer Initiatives:
Facilitate cutting-edge technology transfer initiatives that drive innovation and significantly enhance operational efficiency for our clients. Work closely with industry leaders to implement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Comprehensive Legal Consulting:
Provide holistic legal consulting services in collaboration with our in-house legal experts, including attorneys and notaries. Tackle complex legal challenges by delivering strategic advice on significant contracts, mergers, and acquisitions across diverse sectors such as oil, gas, finance, and banking.
Investment and Finance Engagement:
Actively participate in investment and finance projects, forging strong partnerships with governmental and semi-governmental organizations. Identify and pursue growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and aligning investment strategies with client objectives.
Project Management Excellence:
Lead and manage various project initiatives, particularly mega projects, ensuring collaboration across specialized departments such as finance, legal, and trading. Ensure that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in line with stakeholder expectations.
Support for Art and Culture Initiatives:
Play a key role in supporting our Art and Culture department by facilitating high-profile collaborations with renowned brands, foundations, and government-affiliated organizations worldwide. Plan and execute impactful cultural events that promote community engagement and enhance our corporate image.
Technical Documentation and Presentation Development:
Assist in the preparation of comprehensive technical documents and engaging presentations for critical meetings with influential stakeholders and decision-makers. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasive communication tailored to the audience.
Cross-Industry Collaborations:
Engage in meaningful cross-industry collaborations, partnering with technology firms and startups to develop innovative solutions in renewable energy and smart city initiatives. Leverage diverse expertise to create synergies that drive impactful results.
Risk Management and Compliance Consulting:

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Fluency in both French and English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong motivation and commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Relevant experience in business law, finance, or project management, especially within construction or development projects.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and critical dossiers with discretion and professionalism.
