Job Description
Key Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Shopkeeper with a background in auto parts and retail, particularly in handling car accessories, spare parts, and car body kit materials. The candidate's primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales: Perform day-to-day sales operations, manage customer queries, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Shop Management: Handle stock control, manage inventory, and maintain store conditions with high visual merchandising standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Receive, load, unload, and shelve supplies. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accurate order specifications.
Inventory Management:
Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing goods. Accurately track and maintain inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, especially in the auto spare parts industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software tools.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
Compensation:
- Salary: AED 2,000 - 2,500/month
- Benefits: Accommodation, transportation, company visa, health insurance as per UAE law, and overtime when available.
