Job Description:

• Manages all ETA communication to vessels within a specific area of

responsibility.

• Plans and communicates short and long-term schedules to vessels and other stakeholders.

• Participates in contingency planning.

• Plans and arranges for vessel bunkering.

• Engage with vessel command and coordinate with all partners in the chain (terminals, pilots and tugs) for minimization of CO2 emissions.

• Uses frontline and terminal, fleet, and vessel command knowledge and expertise to enhance processes and port optimization.

• Identifies and suggest continuous improvement possibilities in the ways of working.

• Job involves working in an 8-hour shift pattern with a 6-day rotation followed by 4 days off, along with a shift allowance.

• Together with the team, maintain tools and processes required to run a 24/7 setup, enabling a smooth and error free execution of assigned tasks.

Note: You will work in a rotating shift pattern involving morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including during public holidays, for which you will receive a fixed shift allowance.
