Job Summary:
Design Mart Contracting LLC is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive (Female) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the interiors industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our interior fit-out services in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the interior design/fit-out industry in Dubai and the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Present the company’s services and products to clients through effective communication and tailored presentations.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and market trends.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand market reach.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

- Strong knowledge of the interior fit-out industry, materials, and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the interior design/fit-out industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Fluency in English and [other languages, if applicable].
