Job Description:

At ELITE PRO TRADING L.L.C., we are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth, expanding our client base, and achieving sales targets. You will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies to promote our extensive range of FRP/GRP products, water storage solutions, and custom fabrication services across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential new markets.

Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective clients.

Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure the best solutions are offered to clients.

Prepare reports and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its products.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.

Knowledge of FRP/GRP products, water storage solutions, or related industries is a plus.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
