Job Description


  • Develop and execute the company’s strategic and operational plans to ensure continuous growth and profitability.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in leadership roles within the agricultural business sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strategic plans and operational models that contribute to business growth.
  • Experience in budget management, operational oversight, and customer relations.
