Job Description
Develop and execute the company’s strategic and operational plans to ensure continuous growth and profitability.
Conduct risk analysis for company operations and collaborate with staff to manage and mitigate potential risks.
Oversee and manage all operations to ensure that business objectives and outcomes are effectively delivered.
Foster strong customer relationships by conducting regular site visits and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Lead the development and management of the company’s annual operating budget, ensuring expenses align with financial objectives.
Implement and monitor policies that improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Drive performance across departments by setting clear objectives and providing direction and guidance to team members.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 10 years of relevant experience in leadership roles within the agricultural business sector.
Demonstrated success in developing strategic plans and operational models that contribute to business growth.
Experience in budget management, operational oversight, and customer relations.
Skills and competencies:
Ability to develop and implement long-term plans for sustainable growth.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
Aptitude for decision-making, critical thinking, and resolving complex business issues.
Ability to quickly adjust to evolving market trends and business environments.
