Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents with a minimum 2 years of proven success in the Dubai Real Estate Market. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for Real Estate and a strong track record of performance, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions
• Property Listings: Manage and market property listing effectively to attract potential buyers
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to offer clients informed advice on property values, trends and investment opportunities
• Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations between buyers & sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with our in-house developer to align property offerings with new developments and ensure seamless coordination on project details

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market and current industry regulations
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• License: A valid Real Estate license or certification in Dubai is highly preferred
• Character: Driven, detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as a part of a team

Compensation:

This position is commission-based. Agents will earn competitive commissions based on their sales performance, providing significant earning potential aligned with their success in closing deals.
